Paul Vu

Paul’s parkour journey began right here at our gym, where he quickly developed a passion for the art of movement. With a deep appreciation for physical fitness, Paul is thrilled to embark on this new opportunity as a coach, eager to inspire and guide others on their own fitness adventures while fostering their love for staying active.


Melanie Wales Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Message Therapist, Fitness Programming consultant and Mentor, and Cookbook Author!

She utilizes her over 2 decades of experience to help her local and worldwide clients reach and sustain their fitness goals in an empowered and holistic way.

Her science backed and evidence based fitness programming and coaching is informed not only by her own epic fitness transformation, but through years of experience helping her clients get amazing results, and by her passion for learning directly from world renowned fitness industry leaders such as Dr. Layne Norton and Dr. Bill Campbell to name a few.

Melanie’s clientele is wide ranging and her experience is immense. She works with beginners to advanced, stay at home and working parents, young professionals, children and seniors, military professionals, elite performers and dancers, and those recovering from injury or surgery.

New Year's Fitness Jumpstart

  • Meet Coach Paul 2-3x a week for progressive workouts tailored to gradually increase in intensity, building your strength and endurance at apace that's right for you!

    Our first day starts on Feb 4th and follows this schedule!
    Tuesday/Thursday - 5-6pm
    Saturday - 11am-12pm

    **Also join us for a nutritional health workshop Saturday, Jan 25th from 2-4pm to help get you started on the right foot! **

    Alongside these in house sessions at our gym, gain access to a wealth of knowledge and create fitness goals based around your lifestyle needs! Both Paul and Mel's goals reach past the gym environment and is available to work with everyone closely to meet their new year goals!
